My favorite is actually not a pattern - it's how one of the shops shows off groupings of fabrics! It has a large square in the middle with smaller squares bordering it. Probably 4" finished square in the center with 2" squares around it for an 8" block, though any size would work, depending on the scale of the fabrics.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14426877.post-33788917819563182092014-05-04T11:01:05.937-06:002014-05-04T11:01:05.937-06:00I have made a fe wispy quilts which were made up o...I have made a fe wispy quilts which were made up of several sizes of squares and rectangles that once sewn and a sashing attached were cut windy then sewn together , it is a fun quilt and kids seem to love . You need one large scale print - how large depend on how big you make the blocks. But this goes together quickly and easily and we have a quilt top in nothing flat.Pat/SWquilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18162000167719608507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14426877.post-17671640725648200612014-05-03T11:52:24.002-06:002014-05-03T11:52:24.002-06:00Congrats on joining a guild. Squares makes it easier for a little one to focus. I have some novelties and solids ready to cut. If you email me, I'd be happy to send you a photo.Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13667629963983016101noreply@blogger.com
