Here's the photo I received from my swap partner, Dawn, of her daughter Ela with her new doll quilt. I have her permission to share.
Who knew? I was making a quilt for a living doll.
Edited to add, I should have seen it coming (but didn't). A second quilt for twin brother Raif is in the works.

And it couldn't have gone to a more special little girl.
Did her brother get anything?
Ela is a darling little girl. She reminds me of my mental picture of Blondberry.
Oh my goodness- they're BOTH adorable! Love that cat!
That is a cute, cute doll quilt AND the doll holding it is absolutely adorable!!! :>
OMG...how cute is that!! I love it that she recognized the cat too! Ya done good!!
adorable!! She makes me giggle!
How sweet. She is adorable and the quilt is fab! How can you top that for the brother???
Perfect quilt, Sophie. The black cat is inspired! Did you quilt it yourself? Looks great.
Cute, cute, cute, the girl and the quilt. You really did a nice job on the quilt. Looks like it will be well loved.
Making one for brother Raif, eh? Then you probably don't want to know that another little one is on the way in that household, due in October (or maybe Sept, I forget)...
